We feel that in atleast developing nations the ideaof going to seek medical help comes only when one is sick.Although prevention is better than cure still we think first of we must start ARV's once a ptient reports with an OI irrespective of Cd4 report(which otherwise too is the half truth in the absence of the viral load) and without wasting important time.
It is for the prevention of full blown AIDS that in asymptomatic cases we should continue to find the appropriate time.
